It is my privilege to address you through this platform as the Joint Secretary of SDSS, Islampur. Our institution firmly believes that the true strength of any academic organization lies in its dedicated stakeholders — the students, faculty, and the society it serves.
At Annasaheb Dange College of D Pharmacy (ADCDP), Ashta, we take immense pride in our team of qualified, experienced, and committed faculty members who consistently strive to impart quality pharmacy education and foster innovative research. Our non-teaching staff work in harmony with the teaching faculty to ensure the overall development of our students together, our strong human resource base - comprising subject experts, research scholars, and professionals with diverse academic and industrial backgrounds - plays a vital role in shaping competent pharmacists and skilled healthcare professionals.
We acknowledge that today’s healthcare system faces multifaceted challenges, from emerging diseases to evolving healthcare technologies and rising patient expectations. Our team continuously prepares students to meet these challenges by equipping them with up-to- date knowledge, critical thinking skills, and hands-on experience essential for success in the pharmaceutical sector and in service to society.
