On the occasion of World Alzheimer’s Day, the Institute organized a special awareness session titled “Role of Youth in Supporting Alzheimer’s Patients and Caregivers”. The session was held on 25th September 2025 from 11:00 am onwards under the aegis of the NSS Cell. The session was specifically arranged for the students of Second Year D Pharm. All students were instructed to attend the session without fail to gain valuable insights on the topic. The awareness session was delivered by M. Pharm (Pharmacology) students. This session aimed to educate the youth about Alzheimer’s disease, emphasizing the critical role that young people can play in supporting patients and caregivers. It provided an opportunity for students to learn about the challenges faced by those affected by Alzheimer’s and encouraged them to be proactive in spreading awareness and fostering empathy within the community.
